Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on gullyo.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

2. Shipping Destinations

GULLYO Eyewear ships within the European Union and to selected international destinations.

Available shipping countries, delivery options, and shipping prices will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to your location.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and accepting the shipping cost before placing the order.

Any free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method.

Typical estimated delivery times:

  • Czech Republic: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, holidays, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Delivery Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

GULLYO Eyewear is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges may apply.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by the destination country.

GULLYO Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, GULLYO Eyewear will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement, refund, repair, or return shipping support.

9. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.

GULLYO Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, holidays, weather, strikes, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

10. Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or does not collect the parcel from a pickup point, parcel locker, post office, or courier location, the parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, re-shipping costs, and any additional courier fees.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
