Refund policy

At GULLYO Eyewear, we want you to be fully confident with your purchase. If your sunglasses are not the right fit, you may return them under the conditions below.

1. 21-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 21 days from the day you receive your order.

Please include your order number, full name, email address used for the order, and the product you would like to return.

2. Customer Responsibility to Return the Product

If the product was delivered correctly and is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for returning the product to GULLYO Eyewear.

This means that for standard returns, including change of mind, wrong fit, wrong style choice, or personal preference, the customer must arrange and pay for the return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. GULLYO Eyewear is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the sunglasses must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, and in new condition.

The product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale as new, including all original items:

  • Sunglasses
  • Original case
  • Cleaning cloth
  • Packaging
  • Tags, cards, and accessories
  • Any protective materials included with the order

Customers may carefully inspect the sunglasses after delivery, but the product must not be used outdoors or worn in a way that leaves any signs of use.

Returns may be refused or the refund amount may be reduced if the product shows any signs of use, including but not limited to scratches, damaged lenses, bent frames, removed tags, missing accessories, heavy fingerprints, odours, stains, or damaged packaging.

If the product is returned used, worn, damaged, incomplete, or not in new condition, GULLYO Eyewear reserves the right to reduce or reject the refund in accordance with applicable law.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, GULLYO Eyewear will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement, refund, repair, or return shipping support, depending on the situation.

In cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, the customer will not be responsible for the reasonable return shipping cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product or receive valid proof that the product has been sent back.

Original standard delivery costs may be refunded where legally required. Extra costs for express, premium, or upgraded delivery options are not refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on stock.

If you would like to exchange your sunglasses for another model or colour, please contact us first. If the requested product is available, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Return shipping for standard exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Products not purchased directly from gullyo.com
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, improper storage, or improper care

8. Business Purchases

The 21-day return policy is intended for consumer purchases made through gullyo.com. If the purchase is made as a business customer, different conditions may apply.
